What We Do Not Take On

We don't take on jobs outside the area we actually run trucks in day to day. Our shop sits at 200 Chastain Center Blvd, a few minutes from Town Center, and that's the hub for the work we schedule - we're not set up to cover ground as far out as Euharlee or Lithia Springs on a routine basis, even though both sit inside a reasonable drive. If a call comes in from well past our usual loop, we'll say so up front rather than send a truck out and charge for the mileage.

We also don't do commercial overhead doors, gate operators, or fencing - just residential garage doors, springs, openers, tracks, and panels. If a door is old enough and far enough gone that patching it costs close to what a new one would, we'll tell you that instead of running up a repair bill. A lot of the housing stock around here dates to the 1980s and 90s, and some of those original doors just aren't worth chasing parts for anymore.

The Work We Take On

Most of our calls come from the mix of neighborhoods built between 1970 and 2007, with a good share from that 1980s-90s run - Addison Heights and the Town Center side both fall into that window. That era of construction means a lot of torsion springs, extension springs on older side-mount setups, and steel panel doors that have been through a few decades of Georgia winters.

We handle broken springs, cable replacement, roller and track repair, opener swaps, and full door replacement. We also serve homeowners out toward Fair Oaks, Powder Springs, Hiram, Holly Springs, Mountain Park, Austell, and Vinings - all within a short drive of the shop. Cold snaps here aren't severe, but they're enough that steel contracts and springs that are already near the end of their cycle tend to let go in January rather than July. If your opener is struggling on a cold morning, that's usually not a coincidence.

Plain Answers

Call 770-230-5945 and you'll talk to someone who can tell you roughly what a job involves before anyone drives out. We're at 200 Chastain Center Blvd, Kennesaw, GA 30144, and that's also where you can stop in if you'd rather talk in person than over the phone.

We don't quote exact prices over the phone for repairs that need a look first - a spring job and a bent-track job sound similar on the phone but aren't the same work. What we can tell you up front is whether what you're describing is a quick fix or something that needs a real visit. Median household income in this area runs a bit above the state average, which is part of why we see more owners replace a tired door outright instead of nursing it along - but that's a homeowner's call, not ours to push.
